Privacy policy

This page says plainly what this site collects, what it doesn't, and who anything is shared with. It's short because there isn't much to say: this site sells a file you download once, not a service that keeps your data.

Visiting this page

No account, no sign-in, no cookies. This site's host, Cloudflare Pages, may count anonymous page views to tell whether anyone is visiting - a script with no cookie and no way to identify you individually, only an aggregate count. Like any web server, Cloudflare's own infrastructure may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) for security and performance; we do not receive or look at those ourselves.

The free sample

The free sample page downloads straight from this site. No email address, no account, no sign-up - we do not collect anything from you to give it to you.

Buying the tracker

Checkout is handled entirely by Payhip, our payment and file-delivery provider. Payhip collects the email address and payment details needed to process your purchase and send you the files. We do not receive or store your card details ourselves. Payhip's own privacy policy governs what it collects and how - see payhip.com.

What we share, and with whom

• Payhip - to take payment and deliver the files, if you buy.
• Migadu, our email host - carries any message you send to the contact address below, the way any mail server does.

Nobody else. We keep no mailing list and run no advertising or tracking of our own, so there is nothing else of yours to share.

Asking about or deleting anything

This site holds nothing of yours directly - there is usually nothing here to delete. If you bought the tracker and want your purchase record removed, ask Payhip directly. For anything else, including checking whether we hold anything about you, email [email protected].

Pinterest authorization

A page at oauth-callback.html is where Pinterest sends your browser back to after you approve the Ledger Sheets Pinterest app's access to our own Pinterest account, so the code it hands back can be copied into that app. That page only reads the code out of its own URL and shows it on screen - it does not send that code to us or to anyone else.

Nothing read through the Pinterest API is kept afterwards. If the app needs to show a Pin's or board's current state, it asks Pinterest again at that moment rather than keeping a copy; and every Pin the app posts is one a person chose and approved first, one at a time, never a schedule acting on its own.
